Will the property be in good condition?
All our properties are either brand new or have been recently refurbished to high standards.
How do we make money?
We retain a small percentage of the discount obtained from the developer and the rest we pass on you. We get paid only when a purchase deal is complete.

What are our selective criteria?
Clients must have British citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK or EU citizenship or a Work Permit. Client must be working or self employed with accountant able to provide Income certificate, should the need arise.
