Our 7% fee is taken from the monthly rent and clearly detailed in your statements thereby avoiding any overpayments, and therefore the need of calculating or chasing over paid fees, as well as ensuring that we are only paid when we have collected your rent!!

We will aim to ensure that all legislation is passed regarding lettings, landlords and tenants or the housing act will be provided to our landlords ensuring that neither our landlords nor we are taken by surprise for any reason.
